Damaged goods may be returned for credit or replacement.  Please contact us via phone or email so we may issue you an RMA number prior to shipping the items back to us.  The RMA number must be prominent on your return shipping container in order to be processed correctly by the warehouse.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All sale, personalized, custom, food and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
